Crew Carpentry - Return and Refund Policy

At Crew Carpentry, we

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@crewcarpentr.com.au. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any concerns regarding a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new product.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be in its original, unworn, unused condition with tags and packaging, and you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
